境外客商网上办证须知
Preregistion Online Notice
1.
每年华交会现场办理境外客商参观证件的人数很多，办理证件花费的时间较长，为了减少境外客商的办证时间，特僻网上办理境外客商参观证件的渠道。
网上办理境外客商参观证件的时间为：从2008年1月5日起至2008年2月25日.
In order to facilitate the registration process of the East China Fair, online
registration is provided from jan,5th 2008 to fed. 25nd,2008.
2. 凡是在境外工作或居住的采购商均可凭有效的护照号或旅行证件号（如：境外护照、境外永久居留证、驾驶证、回乡证、台胞证、香港身份证），或是持有效的返程签证的中国护照的采购商在网上申请办理2008年笫十八届华交会的参观证件。境外驻华机构采购商需凭特定机构（“上海市对外服务公司”，“××省外国企业服务公司”，“中国国际技术智力合作公司”，“中国国际人才开发中心”）发放的工作证在网上办理华交会随员证件。
All buyers who are working overseas and overseas resident(for example: passport issued by foreign country, foreign residence permit, driver license, Home Return Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, Hong Kong ID Card), or Chinese Passport holders with valid return visa may register online for visitor ID cards. Chinese staff of foreign representative offices in China may apply online for an Assistant ID upon the Staff Certificates at http://www.ecfonline.com.cn/yudengji.aspx.
3. 需要办理申请的境外客商，可在华交会网站（www.east-china-fair.com ）上，点击境外客商网上办证栏目，或上（ www.ecfonline.com.cn/preregister.aspx ）网址,填写境外客商登记表，并上传本人的彩色电子照片（报名照）一张，即可完成办证申请。请注意：为避免照片上传错误而耽误预登记，请用JPG或者GIF格式的电子照片。
Here are the steps of online registration:
a. connect to www.east-china-fair.com , click on '境外客商网上办证'
b. or connect to www.ecfonline.com.cn/preregister.aspx .
c. fill in the registration form.
d. upload a color photo of the attendee.
Notice:Please upload photos with the format of JPG or GIF in order
to avoid errors and expedite preregistration.

客商提交申请表后，首先请留意提示，检查是否提交成功。若申请的客商符合本须知笫2款的条件，华交会办证机构会在申请提交成功后五日内将参观证件的编码，用e-mail方式通知客商本人。客商请将该编码打印输出一份，以便到现场领取参观证。
After successfully submitting, a OK message in red will be posted on the top of
the table. If the attendee in accordance with item 2, an confirmation email
with be sent (within 5 days) and the visitor card number is included.

在2008年3月1日-3月5日华交会举办期间，凡在网上申请办理过参观证件的客商，凭本人的有效护照或旅行证件，以及华交会办证机构e-mail发出的参观证件编码打印件，到展会现场境外来宾登记处直接领取参观证件。
All attendee who has successfully registered online please bring a copy of the comfirmation email including Visitor ID, together with the passport or travel permit used for registration online and business card with you during the day of this Fair (March 1st-March 5th,2008) to get your formal visitor card.
